What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra translates as “Yogic Sleep”. A led technique, it encourages deep rest through the use of breathwork, guided body scans and image recall, all while lying down. Not all Yoga Nidra’s are the same and there are several different schools that teach in different ways but one thing they all have in common is that they can help with stress relief, opening up space for creativity and soothing the nervous system.
Students are encouraged to wrap up warm and simply listen to your teacher guide you through the session.
